Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across the UK mainland. For international or remote-area deliveries, please contact us directly for a bespoke quote.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days of purchase.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–5 working days, but this can vary by location and courier availability, expected delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.
• Scheduling: Someone will need to be home to receive your order so we’ll coordinate with you to arrange a suitable delivery date, you'll be contacted via email within 24 hours to inform you of your expected delivery day, please reply asap to avoid any delay.

Furniture Delivery Details

• Delivery will usually be to ground floor and a single man who will need help unloading larger pieces.
•    Courier Service: We partner with trusted furniture couriers who specialize in handling vintage and fragile items.
•    Two-Person Delivery: Available on request, a two-person delivery may be arranged to ensure safe handling. If required please contact us before ordering as there may be an additional charge for this service.
•    Room-of-Choice Delivery: Available on request—please let us know if you’d like your item placed in a specific room. If required please contact us before ordering.

Sustainable Packaging

We use recycled and reusable packaging wherever possible, and we encourage customers to reuse or responsibly recycle materials after delivery.

Receiving Your Delivery

• Please inspect your item upon arrival. If there are any issues, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve them promptly.
• If you’re not home during your pre arranged delivery, redelivery may incur an additional fee.
