Before

This G Plan Fresco desk/dressing table came to us with all the usual scuffs, scratches, failing finish and sun bleaching but the top was also covered in dark oily stains which were difficult to remove.

After

This piece was chemically stripped back to the wood, carefully sanded, then acid was used to neutralise the stains before refinishing bringing the colour back and rolling back the years.
